Return Policy

We want to provide you with the best possible buying experience. Although all cables that leave our Custom Shop are fully tested before being packed, sometimes things happen. If a product arrives damaged, nonfunctioning, or you just aren't satisfied with it in any way, we'll be happy to give you a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. No questions asked. Our 14 day return policy means that the items you wish to refund must be postmarked within 14 days of your original purchase. After 14 days, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our sole discretion.

In order to receive a full refund, your product must meet this criteria:

  • Product was bought new (i.e. not open-box or used)
  • No signs of use or wear
  • Original packaging, manuals, stickers, whatever came with the product.
  • Original sales receipt (email printout is fine)

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There's a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and show any signs of use or wear. Again, you must contact us within 14 days if you intend to return any item back to our store. Items returned to us after 14 days and without contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for non-product performance related returns.
